Terms of Service

The rules for using COREPPC and the COREPPC audit tool. Short version: use it honestly, don't abuse it.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to the COREPPC website (coreppc.com) and the COREPPC audit and reporting platform at app.coreppc.com. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The COREPPC audit tool

The audit tool connects to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts and generates automated audit reports. You can also export reports to Google Sheets on demand. We use each connected account strictly to read the data needed for the audit and to create export spreadsheets that you explicitly request - we do not modify your campaigns. The tool is designed for use by the account owner or authorized account managers only.

You may use the audit tool if:

  • You are the owner of the Google Ads or Meta Ads account, or
  • You have explicit permission from the account owner to access and audit it

You may not use the audit tool to:

  • Audit accounts you do not own or have permission to access
  • Scrape, bulk-export, or resell audit data
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the tool

Your account and session

The audit tool uses Google OAuth and email-based authentication. You are responsible for keeping your session secure. We store your email address to identify you and associate your audit reports with your account. We never store Google or Meta passwords. Your OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side in an encrypted database and used only to make API calls on your behalf when you run an audit or export a report. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling, and visit myaccount.google.com/permissions to revoke access at any time.

Audit reports

Audit reports generated by the audit tool belong to you. You can share them, download them, or delete them. COREPPC does not share your reports with any third party without your permission.

Reports are stored on our servers indefinitely. To delete your reports and account data, email [email protected].

The COREPPC website and agency services

Content on coreppc.com — including case studies, blog articles, and service descriptions — is owned by COREPPC. You may reference or quote it with attribution, but may not copy it wholesale or represent it as your own work.

Agency service engagements are governed by separate client agreements, not these terms.

Disclaimers

The audit tool provides informational output only. Audit scores and recommendations are generated automatically based on your account data at the time of the scan. They are not a guarantee of performance improvement, not professional advertising advice, and not a substitute for expert review.

COREPPC makes no warranty that the audit tool will be available without interruption or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, COREPPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the audit tool. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Intellectual property

COREPPC owns the audit tool, its code, design, scoring methodology, and all content on coreppc.com. Nothing in these terms transfers any COREPPC intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of your ad account data. We do not claim any rights over your campaign data, reports, or business information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
